So Good playlist: October 9
Some really solid stuff in this week’s show. New tracks from locals Joanna Borromeo and Dragon Fli Empire were both great, and the SonReal and Rich Kidd track sounds like a potential crossover hit to me. I’ll try to talk about all of those in more detail on here in the next few days. But the biggest surprise (although it shouldn’t have been) was the track by How To Dress Well, with it’s ridiculously silky falsetto vocals and a backing track so sparse that it almost feels like an a capella. I’ll definitely be hearing more of that one in the next few weeks. Probably a lot more.

Arlo Maverick here from Politic Live. I just wanted to say thank you for giving “Irony & Ciches” a spin on your show. You’ve played our music alongside some great artists and we appreciate that.
My pleasure — the album’s sounding great from what I heard.
Thank you!
