Something to add to the list of the things I am kind of excited about — Jarvis Cocker says that Pulp is set to reunite for a tour this summer. So far, the only two shows booked are European festivals, but more will eventually be announced, and if it comes anywhere near my neck o’ the woods, it’ll be getting some serious consideration. I managed to catch Mr. Cocker’s lecture on songwriting at SxSW a couple years back, and a solo set at Coachella the year before, but never a proper Pulp show. Fingers are crossed.

Plus, it’s as good an excuse as any to post a Pulp video…
